Mind-blowing experience at the hotel, with super accommodating staff that went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist lady recommended an incredible spa and even drove me there the next morning. The staff were always helpful, from providing ice for my drinks to opening my wine bottle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had two beautiful swimming pools. The location was perfect, close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel even provided bikes for rent. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fairly nice stay, as always. The breakfast was free, the staff was exceptionally nice! Climate control, a storage, and a balcony available in the superior double room. Amazing service too. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Good and perfect location, steps away from Ban Anou Night Market, thoroughly enjoyed this place. Good restaurant relatively near the hotel.

The double room was great-sized and brand-new with a private balcony. the hotel had a quiet atmosphere. - the location was favorable and quiet, at a moderate distance from Jamia Masjid Mosque.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Sun hotel. the staff were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent service. They even helped me print my return flight tickets, which was much appreciated. the receptionist was particularly kind and recommended a fantastic spa for me to visit. the hotel manager went above and beyond by driving me to the salon I wanted to go to before I left Laos. the hospitality was outstanding and I am grateful for the care they took of me. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👍.

I loved having 2 single beds in the spotless and fancy room. - the large bathroom comes equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. - the location is peaceful and comfortable, within walking distance of the center. - the bed is comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. the room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. the staff, mainly from Vietnam, was friendly and attentive. the hotel is situated at a convenient location, which allowed us to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to visit.

The public areas, such as hallways and lobby, were not air-conditioned, which was quite uncomfortable in the hot weather. the decor of the hotel could have been improved.

The hotel could improve the shower facilities.

Located a short walk away from the lively Morning Market, the hotel is close enough to the city center for convenience and offers a downhill stroll to the riverside. the spacious rooms come with comfortable beds and the bathrooms have good water pressure. the friendly staff provide great service, and guests can start their day with a decent buffet breakfast. the hotel offers a relaxing dip in their multiple pools and has balconies where one can catch a good view of the city.

Some guests may find that the limited English of some staff made ordering food and communicating a challenge.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were absolutely massive, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The presence of two pools added an extra touch of luxury to the overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, although the food was a bit cold, it was still incredibly tasty. The fact that there was a cook onsite to prepare fresh and hot omelets or pho made all the difference. Additionally, the hotel staff organized a day tour for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay. It was a long day, but definitely worth it. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was only a short drive from the airport.
